Happy New Year. Amazing, think, cute, transform women. I could not be more excited that you are listening to this episode right now. Can I just tell you that the year is off to an amazing start. Listen to this. Whether it's working for you or working on you, it is magnificent.
Speaker 1:There's something that I do know about the principle about nothing coming back to you void. In the kingdom of God, there is nothing that is wasted. Let me tell you why Because if it's not working for you, whatever that is maybe a system that you are trying to create, or the business that you're trying to start, or the relationship or whatever it is in work, out of work in ministry, out of ministry in life, all over life, literally if it's not working for you, you can understand and know that it's working on you. And so when it works on you long enough and you allow it to work on you long enough, then it will begin to start working for you. I wanted to just drop this really quick love note to you and say, girlfriend, this can actually be the most amazing year of your life if you allow it and if you have the right mindset, because I believe that what you think about, you bring about and your attitude determines your altitude. How cheesy are all of these one-liners? But they are so real If you look and study in the word of God. They're all supported by scripture.
Speaker 1:And something that I have been really looking into is Ephesians 3.20. I have been stuck on Ephesians 3.20 for the past, I want to say eight months. You know, every month I have my Think Cute Mindset Renewal Journal. It's a 30-day journal where I get super intentional and let me tell you I'm not perfect at it. I don't do it every day. However, I am in my journal and I have been stuck on Ephesians 3.20 because every month you get to choose a scripture in this journal and you get to meditate on it and you really get to understand it, implement it and like just let it be woven into the fibers of your being and your spirit and let it just exude who you be like.
Speaker 1:And so Ephesians three 20 has been so powerful, and let me tell you why. The scripture is this now, all glory to God, who is able, through the mighty work within me, to accomplish infinitely more than I've, than I can ask, think or imagine. Ephesians 3.20. And so there's so many of us and I may have said this before and I may be a broken record, but there's so many of us that have skipped over the most important part of the scripture. Can you recognize what the most important part of the scripture is?
Speaker 1:Before I tell you, I want to tell you what people actually focus on, and it's the infinitely more above than they can think, ask or imagine. They focus on that and they're like oh yes, god is going to come through Ephesians 3.20. He's going to give me more than I ask for, whatever I think or imagine. However, that's not the case. Or imagine, however, that's not the case.
Speaker 1:What is true about Ephesians 3.20 is that if you allow God to work his magnificent glory within you, that means that you allow God to prune you, discipline, you bring you to a place of humility. I'm telling you this scripture is so powerful if you really really dig into it. But I'm telling you it's in the mighty work that God does within us that we can experience his magnificent glory that exceeds our expectations. And so I wanted to leave you with all of this and just think about it. If it's not working for you, it's working on you, and so if you allow it to work on you, like Ephesians 3.20 says, right in the middle of that scripture his mighty work within you, then how much is he going to cause you to rise? You know, there's something that I read in the Bible a long time ago and it says something along the lines of the hands of the diligent will be set before kings. And it's so amazing how I sit here and I talk to you and it's like all of the scriptures are like ultimately weave together. It's because, okay, so if I'm diligent with my hands, allowing God to do the work within me as I do the work on the outside, and go into action, implementing all these things that God is showing me, which is wisdom, receiving the wisdom that I gain from my experiences, or if I allow mentors to mentor me and they give me their experience and their wisdom and they equip me, which, let me tell you, wisdom?
Speaker 1:Actually, if you define it, it's skills. Wisdom equals skills, and so are we building the skills that we need to implement the thing that we are learning to do, to then master that thing? And have we done it enough? Have we gotten enough reps in on that thing to let the work be done on us that we do not have to question that we know what we're doing or what we are called to do, all the things. So I hope that makes sense. But I get so excited because for the past I want to say 12 years I have waited to be at the point that I am.
Speaker 1:I'm telling you, if you're experiencing struggle, self-doubt, insecurities, low confidence, and you're just showing up every day, knowing that you're walking into rooms, people pleasing and like just you know, appeasing people with how you think they want you to show up and what you think they want to hear, and you're doing all the things and you're saying all the right things quote unquote but you are left empty at the end of the day, going to bed and going. What was that all about? Like, why did I even go there? Like, what in the world am I doing? God, help me, if that's your prayer. God help me to get, have clarity. God help me to know my purpose. God help me to see what you see for me and see myself as you see me. Like I'm telling you, girl, let the word just marinate on your spirit, I'm not kidding you the power of Ephesians 3.20.
Speaker 1:Now, all glory to God who is able, through the work, his mighty work within me to accomplish infinitely more than I can ask, think or imagine. Like if it's not working for you, it's working on you. So what are you going through right now? I want to know, what are you experiencing right now? Maybe you're winning in an area and you're like I'm stoked, but maybe another area is like I don't feel so a hundred percent. In that area, I don't feel so confident. My esteem is really really low. I want you to take inventory and I want to invite you to write it down and talk to the Lord about what he is working within you. What is he working on that's going to, if you allow it and become aware, I would say this awareness is your absolute superpower. So what is he doing in you right now that is bringing you to that infinitely more than you can ask or seek or imagine Like let's talk about that.
Speaker 1:So I want to leave you with that Happy new year. I'm so excited for you and PS. If my voice is a little different, I just got over that thing that's going around and I lost my voice for like close to a week. It was pretty intense and I've been wanting to get an episode out to you sooner, but please forgive me. That thing clobbered me. So I hope you are healthy and whole as you listen to this. Um, but, yes, happy new year. I will see you in the next episode.
Speaker 1:But, girl, it is your time to have the best year of your life. Make a decision, go to work and do not. Do not second guess the significance and the beauty and the just uniqueness of who you are. Be looked over. Don't let anybody tell you that you are not worthy of God's love, because I tell you what gets so excited. If you can receive the love of God, it is your unlock and shortcut to freedom. Yes, yes, it is All right, girl, I'll see you in the next one. I love you. Have the most amazing, amazing day, night, evening, afternoon. Make it amazing and be transformed.
